How do I commission you for pet art?
Complete your purchase online and send your photos. As soon as I receive your order and photos, I will add your commission to my work calendar and get started on your sketch.
Which photos should I send?
E-mail 3 or more high-quality photos to [email protected]. Try to find photos that are not backlit and show off your pet's colors and markings clearly. If I'm unable to make out details I will ask for more photos or do my best to make up the details.
Photos that are taken outside or during the day and are eye-level with pets facing forward are best.
When will I receive my custom pet art?
Waitlist times vary depending on orders before you. You can expect your print or other physical goods to arrive within 7-10 business days after final approval of your custom art. Shipping is free within the U.S. and included with your order.
Please e-mail me in advance or consider purchasing earlier during the Holidays. Pet portraits make wonderful gifts for Valentine's, Mother's or Father's day, Wedding, Anniversary, Engagement, and Pet Loss.
Do you accept returns or refunds?
Due to the custom nature of your order, I do not accept returns or refunds. Contact me if you are for any reason unhappy with your order and I will do my best to resolve the problem.
What will the art look like?
Trusting an artist for custom artwork of your pet is a very personal project. To ensure that you’ll be happy with the end product, I keep communication open during each step of the art-making process.
After your purchase, I work on sketches based on your photos and request approval to move to the next phase of the art where I block in colors and add marking details.
You will receive an e-mail with a midway progress update and once I get feedback I will work on finishing your portrait and deliver your final art after approval.
